Malcolm is a Senior Consulting Actuary. He started his career in 2007 focusing primarily on large single employer pension plans and gradually expanded his area of practice to include church and governmental pension programs as well. Malcolm's current primary area of focus is on the funding, design, administration and compliance of non-electing Church pension plans. Malcolm volunteers with the Conference of Consulting Actuaries and is currently serving on their professionalism committee. Malcolm is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and economics from Brigham Young University.
